Making corn on the cob in the Sun Oven has got to be one the easiest things I’ve ever done!  You literally just throw the corn into the oven, then come back after 30 minutes and it’s done.  You don’t even have to be that exact because the beauty of solar cooking is that food does not burn if you let it cook for a little longer. Here is what I did.

 I washed my corn.

Put the corn in the oven.

 Close the solar oven door.

I had some great sun. The oven preheated in minutes. You don’t have to preheat the oven, I was just curious as to how fast it would get hot.

30 minutes or so later the corn is done.

 Yum!
